When registering to access the Open House presentations and recordings, we collect the following personal data:
• First and last name
• Company name
• Email address
• Job title
• Area of focus (e.g. ADAS, Powertrain)
Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
1. Providing access to Open House content – We process your data to review your registration request and, where approved, to send you a direct link to the presentations and recordings. The legal basis is the performance of a pre-contractual measure at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
2. Sales follow-up and CRM – Your data may also be stored in our CRM system and used by our sales team to follow up with you regarding IPG Automotive's products and services. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in maintaining and developing business relationships with professionals who have actively expressed interest in our technical content (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your Rights
