Our team
Many faces stand behind IPG Automotive. Every day, employees with a variety of skills shape the products and collaboration in our company. Even though our hundreds of experts are located all around the world, we are calling ourselves a family since 1984. This is not only because we feel connected through our common goals, but also because we have always been a family-run company. To meet the requirements of the company size and to cover the vast spectrum of topics, CEO Steffen Schmidt has been leading IPG Automotive jointly with a three-person Management team since 2023.
All in all, we combine the team spirit of a family business with the innovation strength and professionalism of a global group in our activities.
