Brake-in-the-Loop Lite
Compact test system to test and validate complete brake systems
Brake-in-the-Loop Lite is a compact solution that enables testing of complete brake systems including the brake booster, electronic stability control, electronic parking brake and hydraulic lines. This test system is specially made for functional and system integration tests to validate the vehicle’s ADAS and AV functions along with the real brake system. The test scope spans from electrohydraulic and electromechanical brakes to modern brake-by-wire systems.
Who benefits from
Brake-in-the-Loop Lite?
- OEMs can validate overall system control and response architectures
- Brake system developers can test and calibrate the ESC ECU
- Test engineers can test and validate the brake system along with the ADAS or AV ECU
What does Brake-in-the-Loop Lite offer?
- Test and validation of brake assist functions without the need for an external pedal actuator
- Validation of ADAS and AV functions in combination with the real brake system
- Support for testing brake ECUs in 2‑in‑1 or 3‑in‑1 configurations
How can Brake-in-the-Loop Lite be used?
