TOP 100 award ceremony: Ranga Yogeshwar honors the innovative strength of IPG Automotive

Accolade for the innovation hub: Ranga Yogeshwar congratulates IPG Automotive from Karlsruhe on its success in the TOP 100 competition. The award ceremony was part of the German SME Summit in Mainz on Friday, June 27, where all SMEs that were awarded the TOP 100 seal at the beginning of the year came together. Science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar mentored the innovation competition, which was held for the 32nd time. IPG Automotive particularly stood out in the innovation success category in size category C (companies with over 200 employees in Germany). The company is one of the top innovators for the fourth time in a row.

The TOP 100 company portrait, published to mark the award, states: “At IPG Automotive, vehicle development is seen as an ongoing process that continues even after market launch. Our team supports customers throughout the entire process, from the initial concept to the implementation of new features and over-the-air updates for vehicles on the streets. By bringing together researchers, customers, and developers across national borders, this medium-sized company has played a decisive role in shaping vehicle development for over four decades – and in determining what tomorrow's mobility will look like.”

Driving simulation hand in hand – this is the credo of IPG Automotive. The renewed TOP 100 award proves the fact that this partnership approach is successful: “For the fourth time in a row, we have been voted one of the most innovative companies in the German SME sector,” says President & CEO Steffen Schmidt. “This fills me with great pride.”
